Hannah Ellicock

As well as being a trained Mindfulness Teacher, Hannah is a Registered Osteopath, APPI Pilates and Therapeutic Yoga teacher. She started meditating after a stressful personal period, realising that she needed a way to help her manage stress and anxiety better. With her Osteopathic background she is particularly interested in helping people with chronic health conditions learn mindfulness as a tool for living alongside their conditions. Hannah trained at the renowned Oxford University Mindfulness Centre in 2019 before studying for a Masters in Mindfulness at The University of Oxford. In 2022 she was awarded a distinction and researched Resilience and mindfulness for her dissertation. Hannah Is trained to teach MBCT, MBCT-L and Finding Peace in a Frantic World courses.

Hannah has designed, written and leads a Mindfulness and Pilates CPD course for Health Care Professionals and Pilates Teachers for the APPI as well as spoken at their bi-annual conference. She has designed and led CPD courses for secondary school teachers on how to manage stress and help pupils manage stress around exams. Recently, Hannah has been assessing mediation recordings for the Oxford Mindfulness Foundations App, which is under development, to see if they or of a suitable standard fulfil the highest standards of mindfulness teaching that the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation expect. In addition Hannah volunteers as a Mindfulness Teacher at St Peter and St James Hospice, Chailey, West Sussex in the Living Well Centre teaching Mindfulness to those with a life limiting condition.

Eike Brazier

Eike discovered Mindfulness after deciding that she wanted to find a way to manage her busy life, juggling her corporate consulting career and family. Her particular interest is in applying Mindfulness techniques to prevent low moods and stress related burn out. She trained as a teacher in MBCT and MBCT-L at the world leading Oxford University Mindfulness Centre and in 2022 compleated her studies with a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring Practice at Oxford Brookes University, gaining a distinction. Eike is a firm believer in connecting body and mind, practising yoga and meditation for many years, and deepening her knowledge in holistic healing while living in Bangkok, Thailand. Recent work includes running a workshop for Masters students studying Coaching and Mentoring at Oxford Brooks University as well as speaking at a number of coaching conferences.
