Our Intent
We have created the Mindfulness People community because we feel passionate about the transformative effect mindfulness can have. For some this can be a gradual, subtle change and for others a sudden ‘Ahhh’ moment of realisation. We are offering the highest quality of mindfulness teaching to anyone who is interested in exploring what mindfulness has to offer.
Mindfulness is an evidence based, therapeutic technique, that can help you manage and prevent feelings of depression, stress, anxiety or discontent. It enables practitioners to live a more attentive, appreciative and vibrant life, and to respond mindfully to difficult situations and circumstances. Our goal is to spread universal mindfulness and compassion.
In order to improve access to Mindfulness, and in keeping with our ethos, we offer one reduced fee place per course. This is for people whose circumstances mean they are unable to pay the full fee. Please get in touch confidentially to discuss if this might apply to you.
