To be mindful is to be aware of your own experience, thoughts and feelings, moment by moment, without judgement.

Mindfulness enables practitioners to live a more attentive, appreciative and vibrant life. In challenging times, mindfulness will provide a foundation for nourishing self-care and universal compassion.

Our courses were developed by the Oxford University Mindfulness Centre (Prof. Mark Williams et al) and offer practices and cognitive-behaviour techniques that can be used in everyday life.

Suitable for anyone interested in a more mindful, appreciative approach to life, including people with a history of depression, chronic pain and stress related burn out. Mindfulness Forum - next meeting 03rd June 2024

A bi-monthly session, we usually meet on the 1st Monday of the Month 7-8pm, to support our mindfulness community in their on-going practice. Each session will cover specific topics, such as gratitude, appreciation and grounding practices.
